From paperwork to plan

  1. 01

Step 1: Send what you have

Use the form or call. Photos of the letter, contract or report are enough.

  2. 02

Step 2: We read it first

A lawyer reads your paperwork before the call, so the call is about your answers, not about collecting documents.

  3. 03

    Step 3: A video call

Twenty to thirty minutes on your phone or computer. We say what we see and what your options are.

  4. 04

Step 4: One price, in writing

If you want us to act, you get a fee agreement with the job and the price. Nothing starts until you sign.

  5. 05

Step 5: We do the work, you get copies

Letters, filings and replies go to you as they happen. If the job needs a next step, we quote it first.

Questions the steps raise

How soon will I hear from you?

We reply with a time for your video call, and we tell you right away if your deadline is close.

What if the company has already sued me?

Tell us the date on the summons when you write. We put deadlines first.

Can someone join the call with me?

Yes. A family member can join, and we can have an interpreter on the call if you ask when you book.

Step one is a photo

Send the paperwork or call. We reply with a time for your video call.

A flat fee is quoted in writing before any work starts.
