No attorney-client relationship until we both sign

You become our client only when you and Groundtruth Law both sign a fee agreement. Until then, calling, texting, writing or sending the form doesn’t make us your lawyers, and what you tell us may not be protected the way a client’s information is.

Descriptions of past matters and the sample comments on this site are examples. Every case is different, and none of them promises the result of yours.

Fees and costs

The fees shown are sample flat fees for a named job. Court filing fees and other costs are separate unless a fee agreement says otherwise.

Confidential information

Please don’t send confidential details, such as Social Security numbers, account numbers or medical information, through the form, by text or by email before you are a client. Ask us for the right way to send documents.

Deadlines

If you have been sued, the deadline to respond is short and it keeps running whether or not you have contacted a lawyer. Don’t wait on us; call right away.

Two languages

This site is in English and Spanish. If the two ever read differently, ask us. The signed fee agreement is what controls.
