Asked before hiring

Do you take every case?

No. Some problems need a different kind of lawyer, and some paperwork shows there’s nothing to challenge. We tell you which, and we say so before you pay a fee.

Do I need a lawyer to dispute my credit report?

No. You can dispute on your own, and it costs nothing. People hire us when disputes keep failing or an item keeps coming back.

Can I afford a lawyer if I’m already in debt?

A flat fee is built for that: you know the cost, and it doesn’t grow. If a quote is more than you can manage, ask about payments.

Will hiring a lawyer hurt my credit?

No. What hurts credit is a lawsuit that’s ignored, a missed payment or a wrong item left on your report.

What don’t you handle?

We refer bankruptcy, immigration, injury and family cases to other lawyers. If yours is one of those, we say so on the call and point you to where to look.

Is my information private?

What you send through the form is read only by the firm. Please leave out Social Security and account numbers; we’ll ask for what we need once you’re a client.

Not on this list? Ask.

Ask it on a call or through the form. We reply with a time and a price.

A flat fee is quoted in writing before any work starts.
