Flat fees, written down first
Each job has one fee, and it’s in your fee agreement before we start. If a job grows, we quote the next step before doing it.

Court filing fees, if any, are separate and paid to the court. Letters or a lawsuit after the review, and a trial, are each a new job with its own written quote.
Why one price
Why a flat fee instead of an hourly rate?
You can’t budget for hours. A flat fee means you know the cost before you hire us, and nothing grows without your say-so.
Can I pay in installments?
Often, yes. Tell us when you get the quote, and we’ll write the schedule into your fee agreement.
What if my case needs a lawsuit?
A lawsuit is a separate job with its own written quote. Some consumer laws make the company pay your lawyer’s fees if you win; we tell you whether yours does.
What are court filing fees?
Courts charge to file some papers. We tell you the amount before we file, and you pay the court or reimburse us. In some cases a fee waiver is possible.
Not sure which one you need?
Send the paperwork. We’ll tell you which job fits, and what it costs, in writing.
A flat fee is quoted in writing before any work starts.
